Patios and landscaping

Patios, paths and garden landscaping

Gardens cleared, levelled and finished with natural stone patios, edged paths, sleeper beds, steps and brick walls, with the groundwork, drainage and brickwork handled by the same team.

What we do

Patios

Natural sandstone patios laid on a proper sub-base, pointed and finished with edging or brick borders.

Paths and edging

Straight or curved garden paths set out, edged and laid to a fall so they don't hold water.

Sleeper beds and raised areas

Timber sleeper raised beds and borders, built to frame a patio, a lawn or a summerhouse.

Steps, walls and drainage

Brick and stone steps, garden and front walls, and drainage channels and chambers where the ground needs them.

Common questions

Can you clear the garden first?

Yes. We can clear the existing garden and level the ground before any new work goes down. We'll include it in the quotation so there are no surprises.

What stone do you use for patios?

Most of the patios in our photos are natural sandstone. We'll talk through stone options and costs when we quote.

Will a new patio cause drainage problems?

A patio should be laid to a slight fall so rainwater runs away from the house. Where water has nowhere to go, we can add a drainage channel.

Do you give free quotes?

Yes. Send us the location, rough sizes and a few photos of the garden, and we'll come back to you with a no-obligation quotation.
