Common questions
Do you handle building regulations and structural work?
Structural changes such as removing a load-bearing wall need a structural engineer's design and building control sign-off. We'll make sure that's in place before the work starts and build to the approved design.
Can you manage the whole project?
Yes. That's what we do: we schedule each trade in the right order, keep you updated and inspect the work before sign-off.
How do payments work?
You'll get a clear written quotation. A deposit secures your start date, and the rest is agreed in stages for larger jobs.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Send us the location, what you'd like done and any drawings or photos, and we'll come back to you with a no-obligation quotation.
